Who is this Retreat for?
This retreat is for like-minded people to come together where they can be themselves, have no expectations, meet new people and expect the unexpected. This will be an all levels yoga retreat, with a focus on creating a warm inviting space where you can discover the inter-connection of being. Traveling SOLO? Even better. You will be under the guidance of Jenna Lomazzo, an experienced yoga teacher – who can hold the space for an entire group. She has also lived in Bali and frequented there many times when she lived in Hong Kong. She will offer classes daily, offering you space to deepen your yoga, meditation and reconnect to nature. There will also be time to enjoy the culture and surroundings throughout the journey. If you’re looking for a 5 star, cultural yoga and meditation escape where you’ll be inspired to live your best life… THIS MAY JUST BE IT!!! Don’t be surprised if you come away transformed.

Who this trip is NOT for: people who want a vacation similar to a cruise, or Sandals on the Beach, or those of you wanting to get away to party and not wake up early for yoga. Alcohol is really not part of our experience here, one glass of wine or a bottle of beer at sunset is acceptable, but as yogis we typically don't drink. We are here to purify, reconnect to our bodies and nature, naturally. Also, those of you who need a moment to moment itinerary won't enjoy the trip- I have a plan, but its subject to change based on our transformation as a group, who is there and also going with the flow. Time is elastic in Bali, and sometimes not punctual. So if that bothers you, perhaps you would enjoy another type of trip.
We will experience Ubud ( the monkey forest), the southern slopes of Mt Batukaru ( Bali’s second highest mountain) in North Tabanan and also the beachside, Seminyak.
You will arrange your flights to Denpasar and we will have a driver pick you up from the airport upon arrival. Stay inside the airport and do not go outside, look for the big sign saying THOY CREW!!
We will need your itinerary. Please email us asap, we have been working with a travel agent this year, and some guests have already purchased tickets. We may be able to get you a better rate, with our group, please let us know ASAP!!
ARRIVAL TIME: 2-4pm, October 8th
DEPARTURE TIME: anytime, 4-6p or later on 21st of October
WHAT TO BRING
Pack for 10 nights in Bali. October is the month between rainy monsoon season and dry. Think passport/visa, swimwear, sarongs ( you can buy there of course), sunscreen, bug spray, yoga gear, something warm to wear at night, a wide brimmed hat, chapstick, a good book. All that aside, an open heart and a willingness to be open to the possibilities of what comes with clean diet and delving into the layers of yoga with a group of like minded individuals. Oh, and maybe something nice to wear if we decide to have a night out. Travel light.
